You Make My Heart Happy | Just Nick Studio

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

Today I'm sharing a Valentino's layout I made using one of the fabulous new cut files in the shop.  My first thought were to use the Heart is Full Background by backing all the hearts with several different patterned paper, but decided to go a different route.

You Make My Heart Happy...

I first cut the Heart is Full background from white cardstock....I then heat embossed a mixture of Red and Gold embossing powder onto the cut file, back a few of the hearts using Pink Paislee-Take Me Away Collection and back the entire cut file with vellum.

Here's a few close-ups of my layout...

I created a cluster on the bottom left corner of my photo using a few chipboard pieces with some stickers and place several of the gold hearts stickers randomly to the left of my photo.

 I used the cut file phrase you make my heart smile  for my title, I knew it would be perfect for this page with my husband and I together.

I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful using Just Nick Cut Files!

My Creative Scrapbook-January Main Kit | Shine Bright

Hi Scrapping Friends!

Today I'm sharing another layout I made using My Creative Scrapbook January main kit.
This kit is loaded with gorgeous Patterned paper and embellishments from Pink Paislee-Moonstruck collection

It looks like our Dog, Titan seem to be my favorite subject to use in my layouts this month! :)))
He's such a ham...loves getting his picture taken!

Shine Bright
~~~~~~~~~~~
I love using cut files on my layouts, it's a great way to add some more texture to your projects!
I am so excited about exclusive cut files that My Creative Scrapbook is offering each month....
Yippee!!! :))))
I started by grouping a few of the flowers together, resizing to make a coupled larger ones and a few smaller ones.  I then arranged the flowers, with one butterfly and weld together...
Here's the design!
Here's a few close-ups of my layout...
I tucked some of the cut file underneath my photo and added a couple of butterflies from the Moonstruck ephemera collection.
Next I selected three different patterned paper and starting tearing....I place the torn side (white side) up to add a little more interest to the bottom half of my page.
I created a title from one of the embellishment and also added a butterfly to the top of it.
After I was finish, the top half of the layout needed something :))) So I added a few fussy cut hearts with a pen stitching down the middle....
Thanks for stopping by :)
My Creative Scrapbook | Love Live Laugh | January Main Kit
Hi Scrapping friends!
Today I'm sharing a layout I make using My Creative Scrapbook  January Main Kit !
 LOVE; LIVE; LAUGH...
I love a grid design and as soon as I saw the 2x2 Sn@p! Family pocket cards, I know the cards will be perfect for creating a grid design!
I wanted to document this photo taken at Thanksgiving with my friends boys who are so much older than my son, but when they get together they have a blast!
Here's are some close-ups...
I started with a 12x12 patterned paper from the Pink Paislee - Moonstruck collection, and then I arranged several of the cards to create the grid background.
I added machine stitching first to the 12x12 background paper, next I stitched around several of the 2x2 cards....cut a few of the cards on the diagonal and place on top the 2x2 squares.
  Next I added my photo and title....
I finished the layout, with several embellishments placed throughout the grid design!
I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful ....
My Creative Scrapbook | Pinterest Inspired Layout using Jan. Main Kit
Hi Scrapping Friends!
Today I'm sharing a layout I created from a Quilt I found on Pinterest!
Here's the Quilt design that inspired me...
I love the complete overall design and decided to use it as an inspiration to created my layout!
Here's what I did....
I started my layout by selection a few of Heidi Swapp foil pocket cards...draw a herringbone design to copy the design from the Quilt and then machine stitched.
I wanted to add some more texture to the background, so I added a strip of patterned paper from the Pink Paislee-Moonstruck collection...cover it with vellum and stitched around the edges.
Next step is to arrange the cards by added a small amount of adhesive to the tip of each one and added foam squares to the back to give it some more dimension.
The next step is the created the circles, I used my Big Shot with a circle die cut to make a few different sizes and then arrange the circles to match the Quilt design!
I kept the embellishments to a minimum to the left side of my page and created a little cluster using the Moonstruck rub-ons, with a few die cut feathers from the Ephemera-Moonstruck collection...
I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful!
Let Your Light Shine | Just Nick Studio
Hi My Scrapping Friends!
Today I'm sharing my latest layout created for Just Nick Studio!
There so many fabulous Christmas cut files in the shop to choose from, so when I saw the Tree Trio 2  I knew it would be perfect to document our visit to Rockefeller Center to see the amazing Christmas tree!
Let Your Light Shine
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I decided to start my page by cutting several trees  in three different sizes using the beautiful Merry & Bright collection from Fancy Pants...I added a solid patterned paper in a darker color to the upper half, and to the lower section added some paint spatters!

Here's a few close-ups...

I  then created a staggered design by overlapping each tree slightly as I went horizontally across my page. I wanted to keep the embellishments very simple, so I added a flair, a few puffy stickers and some pieces from the ephemera pack!

I love adding foam tape or dots underneath my photo, embellishments and cut files...I love the shadows this creates.

Here you can see I added a few stamp snowflakes.

I finished the layout off  by using another cut file for my title Let Your Light Shine  !

Thanks for stopping by :)

I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful using Just Nick Cut Files!

MY Creative Scrapbook January Main Kit | Home Sweet Home

Hi Scrapping Friends!

Today I would like to share with you another layout I made using My Creative Scrapbook January Main Kit! This kit is packed with so many beautiful embellishments and a fabulous selection of paper...don't hesitate on getting it, you would not be disappointed!!! :))))

Home Sweet Home
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
HEREEEE Titan! Relaxing by the fireplace, a typical spot to hang out on a cold winter day!
I started by cutting several of the 3x3 pocket cards on a diagonal, layering one on top the other to create an arrow design, and added some machine stitching down the middle to secure in place!
Here's a few close-ups...
I added some foam dots behind to create some depth and place one on the upper right hand corner of my page and the other to the lower left.
I created a small cluster to the upper left of my photo using a few bits & pieces that came in the Simple Stories SN@P! pack....
Fussy cut the birds sitting on the tree branch and add to bottom right hand corner of my photo!
Draw a few stitched lines and splattered some paint to finish this layout off.
My Creative Scrapbook-January Main Kit | Amazing Selfie...
Hi My Scrapping Friend!
Hoping you're having a great weekend! Today I'm sharing another layout I created with My Creative Scrapbook January main kit! I love how the moment you open a kit and instantly get a ton of ideas of what you can create with it! :)))) and the gorgeous Moodstruck collection from Pink Paislee did just that!
 Amazing Selfie
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I discover my husband loves taking selfies with our Dog Titan...
An OMG moment :)

I wanted to use a few cut files on this layout, so when I saw this adorable flower in this month exclusive cut files I had to use it!
I created two different sized of the flower in Silhouette Cameo and cut them in white cardstock.

Here's a few close-ups....

I stacked two of the smaller flowers on top the larger one to give it some extra dimension and added the gold butterfly in the middle, with the gold beads(chain)!  Here you can see I added, some layers of patterned paper behind my photo, tucked a tag and a couple of embellishments under this side of the photo.

On this flower I used one of the Moonstruck rub-ons in the center of the larger flower, and lay the smaller one on top of it!

Added my title and this baby was finish!

I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful ....

Creative Scrappers Sketch #302 | A Merry Day....

Hi my scrapping friends!

 I'm so excited to share my layout I created using the January sketch 302!
 I love working with Kristine sketches and if you're looking for a great sketch, well this one will not disappoint you!

Here's sketch# 302

A Merry Day....

I keep really close to the sketch with one exception, I used one large photo!
I started my page off with a cut file that Kristine created for this sketch...back the opening with patterned paper from Fancy Pants Design-Merry & Bright Collection, and added some machine stitching.

Here are some close-ups...

I created a little cluster to bottom left of my photo using a snow flake cut file, and topping it off  with a few embellishments from the Merry & Bright collection...

Here you can see I tucked a few gift tags under the photo, added a couple of clear snowflakes from the Ephemera Merry & Bright collection, and finish off with some journaling strips!

Created a title from puffy stickers and added a few enamel dots!
